The Birds - Lenormand Card Meaning and Combinations

12. The Birds

“A magpie can be happy or sad: sometimes so happy that he sits on a high, high gum tree and rolls the sunrise around in his throat like beads of pink sunlight; and sometimes so sad that you would expect the tears to drip off his beak. This magpie was like that.”

The Birds Card Meaning

When I think of the Birds card, I simply think of the birds in the trees in my backyard. They chit chat back and forth. Sometimes, it sounds beautiful like they are bidding eachother good morning. Sometimes, it sounds angry, like an argument.
